吴清华，男，中共党员，理学博士，硕士生导师，vwin德赢ac米兰官方网教授，湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师。主要从事高振荡积分及积分方程数值解的理论及其应用研究。
近年来针对高振荡积分及积分方程数值解开展研究，在国内外权威期刊Applied Mathematics and Computation、Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics、International Journal of Computer Mathematics、Advances in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics等上发表SCI 、EI论文10余篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目（2017），湖南省自然科学基金项目（2017），湖南省教育厅科研项目（2021），指导学生参加大学生数学竞赛、数学建模竞赛，获湖南省一、二、三等奖8余次。
